For new homes we start with a deep cleaning service and then move on to standard cleaning. for weekly or biweekly cleaning. Our cleaners are trained to disinfect everything and make it like new.  We will do what can to make it shine once again. 

 

Move In / Move Out Basics

Our move in / move out cleaning services are complete, preparing a home for a new resident. Houses and apartments gather years of dust and dirt left by previous owners. We clean and sanitize everywhere, giving you a stress-free welcome to your new home.

There are extras that come with move in/move out. Here’s what it includes:

  • Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers
  • Cleaning inside the fridge
  • Cleaning inside the oven
  • Cleaning inside the closets
  • Cleaning baseboards

Standard cleaning includes:

  • Dusting and cleaning surfaces within reach
  • Wiping the outside of kitchen appliances and cabinets, 
  • Bathrooms
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping

Please note that we charge extra for this service and you will find that an additional cost for move in / move out cleaning is standard across the industry.

What does this service not include? We charge extra for the following:

  • Cleaning interior walls
  • Cleaning interior windows
  • Organizing
  • One load of laundry

As you know, cleaning walls and windows and organizing are time consuming and need additional resources. But don’t worry! We offer great prices so anyone can request them.
